About Us

We are a boutique consultancy and training organisation specialising in dyslexia and other commonly co-occurring neurodivergent ‘conditions’ …from a business / workplace perspective. Our support services have a strong track record of successful outcomes and we aim for high quality delivery in both individual support as well as in our accredited training.
Our small team of Associates are qualified business professionals with a wide range of experience in the area of neurodiverse ‘conditions’ in the workplace. Our clients choose to work with us because they want the very best for their staff and they understand the benefits of having a supportive, ‘people friendly’ workplace for the good of both their workforce and for the business as a whole.
When working one to one with neurodivergent individuals many feel more relaxed about working with us as they know our Associates are all neurodivergent/neurodiverse themselves.

We work within different types of organisations, with varying work cultures, helping clients find the right resources (and/or helping them find more accessible ways of using their existing resources) in order to get the best results from each individual in their workforce. This in turn facilitates individual well-being, reduces workplace stress, increases productivity and as a result this can have a positive impact on the organisation’s ‘bottom line’. Can an organisation be truly inclusive if they are not neuroinclusive? We don’t think so.

We look forward to hearing from you.

“I was delighted when Margaret Malpas invited me to write the chapter on Workplace Coaching for this British Dyslexia Association publication. I feel extremely privileged to have had the opportunity to work with so many truly amazing individuals over the years and these people are such an enormous inspiration to me.
Thank you … you know who you are.”
